- 4 Egg whites from big farm eggs
- 2 dl . Sugar
- 200 gr. Coconut flakes
- ½ Vanilla pole
- 50 gr. Grated marzipan (Danish if possible)
- 150 gr . Dark chocolate

The seeds from the vanilla pole mixe it down with the sugar. Then whipped the egg whites and sugar together above a steam bath with a hand mixer. Remove from heat as soon as the sugar dissolves but continue to whip until the mass is white and thick . Then turn in the coconut flakes and at the end the grated marzipan little by little into the mass with a spatula . Divide the mas out in small blobs with two spoons on baking parchment. Bake at 140 ° C for about 18 minutes until they begin to take a little color. After baking and cooling down , dip the bottom of Coconut macros in dark chocolate that has melted above a steam bath . Cool down on a baking parchment until chocolate has set.
Remember!! to use fresh organic eggs, so you can bake with a clear conscience . The ready-made egg whites in bottle will give you flat cakes that melts together!
