In 1991, Chef Helle opened the doors to the first of her eight restaurants in Denmark, marking the beginning of a lifelong dedication to culinary excellence and creating unforgettable experiences for her guests. Cooking has always been at the heart of her life, driven by a deep passion for quality, creativity, organization and hospitality.

Alongside her culinary career, Chef Helle developed a profound love for Andalusian horses and culture. Inspired by this, she decided to begin a new chapter in Spain, bringing her vision and expertise to the Costa del Sol — and it was here that Chili Gourmet Catering was born.
Chef Helle has a passion for chili, which inspired the name Chili Gourmet Catering and continues to influence her flavorful approach to cuisine.
Founded in 2010, Chili Gourmet Catering quickly established itself as a trusted name on the Costa del Sol. Chef Helle’s passion for cooking, combined with her flexibility and ability to tailor every detail to each event, led to immediate success from the very beginning.
